Fayose leads street march against insecurity

Ado Ekiti — The PDP candidate, Mr. Ayodele Fayose yesterday led a protest march in Ado Ekiti, to condemn Tuesday’s bomb blast in Jos, Plateau State and other security challenges in various  parts of the country.

Amidst presence of other chieftains of the party including his former Deputy, Chief Biodun Olujimi, Chief Bola Olu Ojo, Chief Bisi Kolawole and his wife ,Feyisetan the procession marched through the major streets of Ado Ekiti the state capital and stopped at the popular Erekesan Market , where the PDP gubernatorial candidate addressed the people

The protesters, were all clad in black vests with an inscription,” Ekiti PDP mourns the victims of Jos blast.”
The PDP gubernatorial candidate cautioned the political class against bringing down the country to its kneels just because of power, saying nothing would distract the President  Goodluck Jonathan PDP-led Government  from moving the country forward.

Fayose described the continued shedding of innocent blood as extreme show of madness, calling on the opposition to stop making politics out of the carnage that has brought grief and anguish to thousands of innocent Nigerians .
