DUTSE—NO fewer than 1,000 illegal structures have been demolished by the Dutse Capital Development Authority, DCDA, within Dutse metropolitans. The government equally established a mobile court to prosecute defaulters.

Addressing journalists in his office, the Executive Chairman DCDA, Alhaji Aminu Suleiman said, the demolition of the illegal structures was carried after series of warnings to the owners of the structures.
Suleiman also said that the exercise was conducted according to the original master plan of the state capital to make the area look nice.

He further explained that the present administration had done a lot to enable traders in the state operate under conducive atmosphere by building different markets including those for plumbers, timer dealers, mechanics as well as building materials among others.
