Dr Chris Nwabueze Ngige
The people who witnessed the inauguration of the Ngige campaign team were made to contribute their widow’s might which Governor Okorocha described as a covenant between the people and their future governor, Senator Ngige.
According to Okorocha, the donation by the people is Ngige’s seed money for the campaign and assured him that money will never be a problem during the campaign.
Ngige, who was delighted at the people’s magnanimity said he had never seen such a thing in all the years he has been in politics.
He said the donation by the people would make him to be more committed to the welfare of the people who contributed towards the campaign.
He reminded the people that the electoral battle will last for six hours from the time of casting the votes to the counting and urged them to know that that period will be critical.
“It is going to be a six-hour battle and it is either you win or you lose as there is nothing for the person who will come second. This therefore means that you must guard your votes until your candidate is declared winner.
