BENIN — Justice V-O.A Oviawe of an Edo Court High Court sitting in Agenebode in Estako East Local Government Area of the state, has warned litigants before his court not to resort to intimidating and threatening of their opponents.

Dokpesi who through his counsel, Mr. Ade Edeki told the court that Afegbua, chairman of Estako East council, informed the people in his ward that, he, Afegbua has  not been able to perform as chairman of the council because he was taken to court by the plaintiff.

However, counsel to Afegbua, Mr. SA.Mokidi denied the allegation, saying that his client only went round the 10 wards in the council to inform the people that he was about to embark in the construction of projects.
