Jetlink partners HP, others

Jetlink Limikted, an information technology (IT) solutions and system integrator  has entered into partnership with Hewlett-Packard (HP) and other Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) like, IBM, Dell, Oracle, as it opens service centre.

Project Manager, Jetlink Limited, Mr. Henry Ekpunobi, said that Jetlink is in partnership with different Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) like HP, IBM, Dell, Oracle etc.

“In Nigeria, according to him, when people purchase things like computers and something goes wrong with the computer, most times they patronise quacks and end up with sad tales. Now in Jetlink Service Centre, customers are guaranteed professional services because the people who manage the centre are skilled, trained and certified engineers.”

“So customers need not worry any more because if they have any problem, Jetlink is duly certified by HP to take care of it. The HP ServiceONE programme is a programme that categorises HP partners of various skills at various levels. We sit at the highest level of that ServiceONE programme. This assures customers of quality services at Jetlink.

We are involved with the client from the conception, to the design, deployment and maintenance of the system, even to upgrading. So we are there in the entire life cycle.  It means that some of those services that HP originally performed themselves, we are now doing them on their behalf. “

On the other hand, Mr. Marcel Okezue; Jetlink’s Head, Customer Fulfillment and Support, said: “Business managers have partnered and some are still working with one or two service centres currently available in the country but how satisfied are the business owners with the services?

Jetlink has, therefore, identified this gap and consequent complaints of rise in the infrastructure Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and decided to heavily invest in setting up this service centre by specially training and certifying many of our engineers to specialize in various IT products.”

Continuing, Okezue said that Jetlink, whose vision is to exceed customers’ expectations at all times, was selected by HP “as 2012 Gold ServiceOne Expert Partner in the new HP ServiceONE programme to support Jetlink’s limitless ability to provide a full suite of IT professional and consulting services to HP customers throughout the country. 2012 Gold ServiceOne Expert Partner status is the highest level of the HP ServiceONE programme, awarded only to top performing, highly trained and certified partners.”
