Award winning hip-hop act, Emehelu Innocent Uchenna a.k.a Urchman within the week affirmed that the African Queen exponent, Tuface Idibia has agreed to feature in the remix of his single Shikoro.
Urtchman told Sunday Entertainment that he has been into several meetings with Tuface and that the remix of the song should drop before the end of the year. In his words, “Tu‘Face already has the beats of the song and is already hard at work on his part. It’s going to be an explosive colabo”
The single Shikoro had fetched Urchman an award with the Festival of Nigerian Music Video Awards last year in which he won the best debut single category of the year and was also nominated at the Toronto Magazine Music Video awards; a category in which he had represented Nigeria and West Africa along side Nameless from North Africa and Bazulo from South Africa. But Urtchman had not been able to go on the Toronto trip because his mother had suddenly the passing away.
Urtchman had also been unable to carry out intensive promotional efforts on the song following this tragedy. However he says he is now on a resuscitating campaign that hopes to brings a breath of fresh air and awareness to the video that is now currently rocking the airwaves.
Urtchman who is also a fashion model is yet to be on a record label, however, is optimistic his sparkling clean talent would pitch him in with one soon
