His Eminence Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, has stressed the need to strengthen the Routine Immunization Services and Polio eradication in the country.

The Sultan of Sokoto made the call while endorsing the communiqué issued after the Northern Traditional Leaders Committee on Primary Health Delivery meeting held in Dutse, Jigawa state capital.

Sultan Abubakar III acknowledged and appreciated the support of all the traditional rulers in the northern region to the Primary healthcare service delivery and called on all traditional, religious and political leaders to ensure the full implementation of the policies and programmes for the National Primary healthcare delivery.
