The trial judge, Justice Mwada Balami who issued bench warrant against them had on December 11, last year declared all the four accused persons in the case wanted but later vacated the bench warrant on the 13th January, 2010 upon the application brought by the accused persons wherein counsel to the accused persons undertook to produce the accused persons in court on the next adjourned date being 22nd January, 2010.
