THE member representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu federal constituency in House of Representatives, Chief Solomon Ahwinawhi and the member representing Ughelli South local government in the Delta State House of Assembly, Olorogun Taleb Tebite have hailed the Appeal court judgment that upheld the election of Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan as Governor of Delta State.
