UGHELLI — ACTING Governor of Delta State, Prof Amos Utuama, has commended the member representing Ughelli South local government area in the State House of Assembly, Olorogun Taleb Tebite, for his various empowerment schemes in the constituency.

Utuama, who is the deputy governor of the state, made the commendation during the donation of computers, scanners, printers, Keke NAPEP, hospital equipment, among others, by the Taleb Tebite Education and Health Foundation to selected secondary schools and health centres in the council area, recently.

Charging political representatives and those appointed into offices to emulate the empowerment spirit of Tebite, the acting governor said the gesture was in line with Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan   administration’s three-point agenda.
Utuama was represented by the Commissioner for Water Resources Development, Dr. Chris Oghenechovwen.

Said Olorogun Tebite, in his own little way, had been striving to contribute to the socio-economic development of the people he represents in the State House of Assembly.

He thanked Tebite for keying into the state government’s human capital development agenda, urging public spirited individuals to continue to partner with the state government in its averred determination to make the state a better place for all Deltans.

He thanked the people of the area and Deltans as a whole for their continued support for the administration of Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan.
