LAGOS — The Court of Appeal, Lagos division, presided over by Justice Shagbaor Ikyegh, Thursday, adjourned till July 18 (next Thursday) on the appeal filed by the convicted producers of ‘My Pikin’ teething mixture.

It will be recalled that the appellants were  found guilty in a judgment delivered on May 17, 2013, by Justice Okechukwu Okeke, (now retired) of the Federal High Court, Lagos.

The judge found them guilty of conspiracy to sale of dangerous drugs.

The convicts are: Egbele Austin Eromosele and Adeyemo Abiodun, both sentenced to seven years imprisonment and their firm, Barewa Pharmaceuticals Limited, to be wound up and assets forfeited to the Federal Government.
