Ado-Ekiti—Former Ekiti State Governor and current Minister of Solid Minerals, Dr Kayode Fayemi has approached a Federal High Court sitting in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State Capital, asking it to set aside the warrant of arrest issued against him by the House of Assembly.
