Barely two days to the gubernatorial and state house of assembly elections, delegation of European Union(EU) and Economic Community of West African (ECOWAS), Thursday met with the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Lieutenant General TY Buratai at the COAS Conference Room in Abuja.
