World Health Organisation (WHO),  declared COVID-19 a pandemic on March 11, 2020. In its message, it balanced the reality that the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) will inevitably spread to all parts of the world with the observation that governments, businesses, and individuals still have substantial ability to change the course of the disease by being proactive. This could mean putting the right facilities in place, advising on countermeasures, and putting a temporary halt to the activities which may aid the spread.
