Vitamin A deficiency can result in impaired vision and may lead to blindness. Many nations now have mineral fortification programmes,” he stated.

“Rigging is the greatest problem of democracy in the country and steps must be taken to address this problem in the interest of our democracy. In 1999 when I was the national chairman of the PDP, we did not rig yet we had tremendous support from across the country. PDP remains a party that is well liked by Nigerians so it has no reason to rig elections.
