JOINT Task Force (JTF) on the Niger-Delta, yesterday, debunked the conjecture that the security outfit would arrest or kill any militant that renounced militancy and surrendered his arms and ammunition to the Presidential Committee on Amnesty.

“Henceforth, proceeds of all non-oil exports must be fully repatriated within 180 days from the date of shipment, while the repatriation of proceeds of oil exports remains within 90 days from the date of shipment.
