A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, weekend, restrained the Implementation Committee of the White Paper on the Commission of Inquiry on Federal Government Landed Property and its agents from evicting the occupants of 1, Rumens Roads, Ikoyi, Lagos.

THE personality conflict that has engulfed the new board of the Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC) appears to have been resolved following a meeting of governors of the member states in Port Harcourt on Friday with the board and other top management staff of the Commission.
