The trio, Samuella Sam-Orlu from British Nigerian Academy, Abuja; Deborah Chinwendu Innocent of Enal International Schools, Abuja and Ya-Hofon Ettah Essien from Nigerian Christian Institute, Akwa Ibom have emerged first, second and third respectively at the UBA Foundation National Essay Competition 2017.

In a quest to implement the Lagos State governor, Akinwunmi Ambode’s, policy thrust on Information Technology in the state’s public service, the Ministry of Education, Office of Education Quality Assurance, OEQA, has organised a two-day training on Education Management Information System, EMIS, for education districts coordinating directors, heads of department and zonal directors on electronic method of data collection and information management.

Though ASUU is not on strike, the effect of non-academic staff will definitely affect others on campus including lecturing, as students will be left with the option of going home if their non-academic needs are not met

The Dangote Group is set to employ over 100 graduates from the five technical colleges in Lagos, the Executive Secretary, Lagos State Technical and Vocational Education Board, LASTVEB, Mrs Lara Erogbogbo has said.
