A group of leading lights from the literary world have launched a book prize in response to what they see as the changing priorities of the Man Booker Prize.

THE Annual Conference of the biotechnology society of Nigeria took place last week at the Oba Oladele Olagore auditorium of Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU) Ikeji-Arakeji. The occasion attracted science scholars, vice-chancellors and other dignitaries.
