LOKOJA—AHEAD of the screening and confirmation of the new ministerial nominee, Professor Stephen Ocheni from Kogi State, groups and individuals in the state have applauded President Muhammadu Buhari for the nomination.

Some of the groups included Igala socio-cultural organisation, the Ojuju Agbadufu Igala and National Association of Igala Professionals.

Also, a former colleague of the nominee in Kogi State University, Dr. Usman Ogbo, said the appointment could not have come at a better time, as his kind of personality is required at this time to help set the country on the right path.
