The publisher, who is a top executive of the Urhobo Media Group, a media group made up of Urhobo media practitioners, spent over one month in custody of the Delta State command of the DSS before he was taken to Abuja .

Confirming his release, a source at the DSS headquarters, Abuja, said, “He was released after series of interrogation and investigation.”
