Rangers man tips team for continental glory

USA based frontline supporter of Rangers, Benson Ejindu (Ezeomogo) has tipped the team to do well next term in the money spinning CAF Champions League.

Ejindu who during the recently concluded 2016 NPFL season promised to dole out a cash gift of N1.5m to the Flying Antelopes should they break their 32- year old trophy jinx said he is coming home from his base next week to redeem the pledge.

In his words: “I made a pledge to Rangers that I will give them N1.5m if they win the league. I m happy they won it and on my part I m ready to host the team in Enugu and hand over the cash to the players and officials.”

Ejindu who is the grand patron of an association of ex- Rangers players in the United States of America (USA) said he sees the team re enacting their 1977 feat at the continent scene next term, if given the needed support.
