Bauchi declares Tuesday as public holiday for Buhari’s visit

The Bauchi State Government has declared Tuesday, December 13, 2016, as public holiday to welcome en masse President Muhammadu Buhari, who is scheduled to be in the state on a one-day working visit to commission the Nigerian Airforce Hospital, as well as some projects executed by the state government.

A statement circulating online, and said to be signed by Bello Ilelah, Secretary to the State Government, stated that Governor Mohammed Abubakar declared Tuesday, November 13, as a work-free day to enable civil servants welcome President Buhari.
