Special Assistant to Governor Emmanuel Udom Emmanuel on New Media, Mrs. MefLyn Anwana emerged as the Media Aide of the Year at the Akwa Ibom Watch Award, 2016 which held in Uyo Akwa Ibom State.

Anwana who couldn’t hide her excitement said, “I thank God Almighty for giving me the opportunity to serve under the transcendental leadership of Governor Udom Emmanuel and My lovely husband thank you for your support”

The coveted award was presented to Mrs. Anwana by Mrs InI Ikpe, at the ‘1st Akwa Ibom Watch Awards which held at the Judiciary Hall in Uyo in the presence of distinguished gathering of business leaders and Public office holders.

Among those who graced the event were,Wife of the Governor represented by Mrs Glory – Commissioner for Women Affairs, Akwa Ibom, her counterparts in Finance,Mr Ephraim InyangEyen,and Works , Dr Essien Commissioner for Environment .
