A yet-to-be identified woman was, yesterday, run over by a truck along Housing Road in Ado-Ekiti.

The truck, with number plates ADK 13 XA, and the Ekiti State Tipper Permit details, 2016 EK /ADK 008, was said to have run over the woman at about 7a.m.
She was said to have just boarded a motorbike when the truck hit them, leaving the motorbike rider with injuries. An eyewitnesses said that the driver of the trailer ran away.

Traffick officials, policemen and men of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps were on ground when newsmen arrived the scene.
