Port Harcourt: There is calm in Buguma, headquarters of Asari Toru local government area as at about 7: 50am.

Community sources said at press time there were no sign of staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in several wards in the area.

At Ward 4 there was no material as at about 7.53pm.

A youth leader, Livingston Membere said there was slight tension in the town on Friday night , adding that the army moved in to calm the situations.
