Pastor Omokri noted that ‘if you are quiet when Shiites are killed because you are not a Shiite, don’t be surprised when others are quiet when your brother is killed’.

“As a Christian, the greatest shame that I feel is the silence of Christian leaders over the killings of Shiites. Would Christ be silent!”

“If you are quiet when Shiites are killed because you are not a Shiite, don’t be surprised when others are quiet when your brother is killed!,” he posted on his Twitter handle, @renoomokri

“@GEJ_Official was stoned by youths, not one youth was killed in retaliation. Human life is sacrosanct. If others can be killed, you can too!,” added the former aide of Goodluck Jonathan
