PORT HARCOURT—ALL Progressives Congress, APC, in Rivers State is set to commence registration of new members this month.

State Chairman of the party, Mr Davies Ikanya, who disclosed this while briefing newsmen, weekend, also called on old members of the party to revalidate their membership during the registration exercise, expressing hope of a favourable ruling on Rivers election matters before the court.

Ikanya who also criticised the state government’s decision to cancel the scholarship scheme for students of the state origin in foreign universities said it was regrettable that the government took such step.
