BENIN—GOVERNOR Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State has commiserated with his Deputy, Dr Pius Odubu, on the death of his mother, Madam Imuegbeyoghor Odubu.

In a condolence letter to the Deputy Governor, Oshiomhole said: “Let me, from the depth of my heart, convey to you my personal condolence and that of the great people and government of Edo State, on the demise of your beloved and very affectionate mother, Madam Imuegbeyoghor Odubu which sad event took place on September 23 at the age of 80.

“Your mother no doubt had a great influence in your upbringing and the totality of your humanity, your sense of loyalty to any cause and the generality of your admirable conduct.”
