Lagos – For its high standard and commitment to health, safety of workers and the environment, Lafarge Africa Plc. has been awarded the Best Health, Safety and Environment, HSE, practice in the manufacturing sector at the Nigeria Safety Award for Excellence Hall of Fame 2015.

Also known as 9Ja Safe Awards, the prestigious event which held in Lagos was a convergence of HSE professionals in the country, as well as top players from the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Property and Construction, Telecommunications, Power, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Maritime and Aviation industry among others.

Lafarge Africa Plc. won the award in the category which had other manufacturing giants in Nigeria as nominees.
