ASABA—DELTA Elite Forum, a socio-political group in Delta State, has expressed confidence that the state governor, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa will deliver prosperity to the people of the state through his prosperity agenda.

The forum in a statement by its Chairman, Mr Ogheneovo Onoharigho, urged the people of the state to give the state government the needed cooperation to enable it deliver on its mandate.

While commending the state governor, for appointing Mr Festus Agas as Secretary to the State Government, SSG and  Mr Godwin Adode as his Special Assistant (Sports), the forum described the choice of the duo as a square peg in a square hole.

Noting that Agas has the required experience to function as the SSG, having been in the legislative and executive arms of government in the past, the forum expressed confidence that the SSG will discharge his duties to the benefit of all Deltans.
