The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Lagos state, Jimi Agbaje has claimed that buses introduced by Lagos Bus Rapid Transit System (BRT) are becoming another ‘molue’ buses as a result of poor implementation by the state government.

He posted on his Facebook page that a Mega-City cannot grow with poor transportation system.

Meanwhile the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Akinwunmi Ambode has pledged to overhaul and expand the BRT scheme to all the divisions in the State, stressing that his government will introduce new bus routes and increase bus fleet with the aim of establishing a 24/7 bus services in the State. He made this known on his Facebook page.
