Lagos chapter of Move on Nigeria, MoN, a grassroots movement pushing for the re-election of President Goodluck Jonathan, has lauded the Transformation Agenda, while urging the President to declare his intention to run for a second term.

MoN’s Lagos State Co-coordinator, Candy Onwuraokoye, spoke to newsmen at a public lecture held in collaboration with Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on the theme: Handling Propaganda, Objectivity and Patriotism During Electioneering Period.

Onwuraokoye said: “We urge President Jonathan to declare his intention to run for second term to finish the amazing work he has started.”
Urging the opposition to show some respect and decorum, MoN said: “Politics is all about service, not violence and propaganda as we see today.”

Lagos State PDP Chairman, Olatunji Selle, said the President’s “transformation agenda, which currently is having impact in many sectors of the economy, is the reason Nigerians are supporting him.”
