ABEOKUTA–CAMPAIGN posters announcing the alleged governorship ambition of the Chairman of the Organisation and Mobilisation Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the South West, Prince Buruji Kashamu, have flooded parts of Ogun State.

Some of the posters, which has the portrait of the politician with PDP logo, had inscription of “the man Kashamu for governor 2015”.

The posters were also reportedly sighted at few places in Abeokuta just as some handbills were also reportedly distributed to passengers mostly in Ijebu-Igbo, Kasamu’s hometown.

However, disowning the handbills and posters, Kashamu in a statement yesterday in Abeokuta, described the development “as the handiwork of some mischief makers and failed politicians, who are bent on disrupting the peace in the state chapter of PDP and sow the seed of discord in the party.
