Chief Christopher Ashimedua Agbobu, the former Minister of State for Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaign Council in Aniocha South Local Government Area, has assured President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, and all candidates of the APC of a resounding and total victory in Aniocha South come 2027.

The traditional prime minister of Ubulu Unor Chief Agbobu gave the assurance in Ubulu-Unor during a strategic meeting with youths and critical stakeholders of the party in the local government.

Addressing the mammoth crowd of enthusiastic youths, Agbobu said the people of Aniocha South have felt the impact and seen the visibility of the dividends of democracy being delivered by President Tinubu at the national level and Governor Oborevwori at the state level, adding that 2027 will be a payback time for the APC.

According to him, “The people of Aniocha South are not blind. They have seen what President Tinubu is doing to reposition Nigeria. They have seen what Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is doing across Delta State through his MORE Agenda. From roads to bridges, from youth empowerment to peace and security, the evidence is everywhere. So, 2027 is payback time.”

The APC Campaign Council Chairman noted that Aniocha South will give massive votes to the APC, considering the intimidating credentials, track records, and antecedents of all the candidates paraded by the party.

He stressed that the APC is presenting the best candidates from the Presidency to the Governorship, Senate, House of Representatives, and State House of Assembly, and that Deltans and Nigerians have no reason to look elsewhere.

“Aniocha South is fully prepared. The youths are ready, the women are ready, the elders are ready. We have assured ourselves that we will deliver 100% votes for the APC from top to bottom. There is no opposition here,” Agbobu declared.

He further charged the youths to go back to their various wards, units, and communities to preach the gospel of the APC and to continue to mobilize support for President Tinubu and Governor Oborevwori.

Agbobu also commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for his inclusive governance and for carrying Aniocha South along in his administration, noting that the local government has benefited immensely from appointments and projects.

He called on all sons and daughters of Aniocha South, both at home and in the diaspora, to join hands to ensure total victory for the APC.

The meeting ended with chants of solidarity for President Bola Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, and all APC candidates, as the youths pledged their unalloyed loyalty and commitment to deliver Aniocha South 100% for the APC in 2027.
