Instagram personality, fashion designer and stylist, Confidence Adannaya Offor, popularly known as Creamy Dency, has challenged the perception that women who dress provocatively or flaunt their bodies are morally loose.
The social media personality argued that a woman’s choice of clothing should not be used to judge her character, insisting that wearing revealing outfits does not automatically make a woman promiscuous.
In a post on her Instagram handle, Creamy Dency maintained that outward appearances could be misleading, noting that modest dressing was not necessarily proof of good character.
“Not all sexy dressers are wayward. Just because we show our cleavages doesn’t make us sluts. Not all prayer warriors are holy; some wear long dresses to cover themselves from head to toe, yet they do the unthinkable.
“I own this body, and I choose to pamper, love and cherish it without giving a hoot about what anyone else thinks,” she said.
The fashion enthusiast, who is known for her voluptuous figure, also disclosed that she had always been comfortable with her body and never considered her prominent bust a source of embarrassment.
According to her, being busty has been part of her identity since childhood, adding that her appearance often attracted attention wherever she went.
“It’s been my nature since I was a kid. I have been busty, and I feel very great about my body. When growing up, I was the centre of attraction everywhere I went. I even became a topic of discussion because I loved to flaunt my boobs. I never hid them,” she said.
Creamy Dency’s comments reflect her position that women should be free to express themselves through their appearance without being subjected to moral condemnation based solely on their choice of clothing.
She holds a degree in Mass Communication from the National Open University of Nigeria, Lagos.
