Springpet unveils Vision 2032, targets ₦100bn enterprise

LAGOS — Springpet Development Limited has unveiled Vision 2032, a six-year strategic roadmap aimed at driving the company’s growth, innovation and institutional development, with a target of building a ₦100 billion enterprise by 2032.

The vision, led by the Group Managing Director of Springpet Development Limited, Dr. Kenneth Reginald, is designed to provide a structured pathway for the company’s long-term expansion and sustainability.

Reginald said the ₦100 billion target was more than a financial ambition, stressing that it was part of a broader strategy to build the structures, develop the people and strengthen the capabilities required to sustain the company’s growth.

The roadmap is organised around seven stages — Build, Grow, Innovate, Scale, Sustain, Transform and Impact — which are expected to guide Springpet from strengthening its foundation to achieving broader economic and social impact.

The strategy is anchored on five core pillars: People, Enterprise, Finance, Innovation and Impact.

According to the company, achieving the target would require expanding its business opportunities, embracing technology, investing in human capital, creating employment and building sustainable institutions capable of delivering value beyond individual projects.

The unveiling also provided an opportunity for engagement with industry stakeholders and business leaders.

Among those who participated in the gathering was Pastor Richard Attah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Spring26 Construction Limited.

Discussions at the event focused on the importance of long-term planning, strategic leadership and institutional development in building businesses capable of remaining competitive as markets and economic conditions evolve.

For Reginald and the Springpet leadership, Vision 2032 represents both a destination and a structured roadmap for achieving the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
