The Top Performers Community (TPC), a network of professionals, entrepreneurs & Social innovators has announced plans to recognize 25 outstanding individuals across key sectors as part of its upcoming Day of the Top Performers 2026 initiative, scheduled to be unveiled on June 1.

The recognition is designed to spotlight top-performing individuals who are not only influencing their industries and inspiring others through excellence.

The initiative will focus on identifying and celebrating individuals across Career, Business, and Social Impact, with a clear emphasis on three core criteria of impact, influence, and inspiration.

Speaking on the initiative, the leadership and Visionary Founder of TPC, Mr. MO Oladapo, noted that the goal is to shift attention from activity to top performance and outstanding results. This recognition is about people who are building, contributing, and creating meaningful change in their chosen field of endeavor. 

The nomination process, which was opened on Friday, 8th May is currently receiving nominations on the official website www.tpc.ng and will be closed on May 25th.

Each nomination will undergo a structured verification process, including a review of the nominee’s public footprint and documented work, to ensure credibility and alignment with the stated criteria.

Beyond the recognition itself, the initiative is also positioned as a platform to amplify the work of top-performing individuals.

The Day of the Top Performer is part of TPC’s broader mission to build a culture of excellence by identifying, developing, and celebrating individuals who perform at the edge of their potential. It aims to celebrate individuals who are exhausting their capacity at every level.
