Lagos, Nigeria — Afro Juju CEO, Godgift Plato Nlerum, has announced a new international management partnership via his Instagram page, revealing that Afro Juju has entered into a strategic management agreement with Soca artist Gailann and TriniCable Communication Enterprise, a media and entertainment company based in the United States and Trinidad and Tobago, owned by Wayne Joseph.
The agreement marks a significant milestone in Gailann’s career as she continues to expand her influence beyond the Caribbean. A household name in Trinidad and Tobago and a recognized figure within the global Soca music scene, Gailann has built a reputation for her high-energy sound, dynamic stage presence, and growing international appeal.
Under the new partnership, Afro Juju and TriniCable Communication Enterprise will work collaboratively to strengthen Gailann’s global presence, particularly as she expands into the fast-growing Afrobeats market and other international territories. The move represents a cultural bridge between Caribbean Soca and African music markets, positioning Gailann for broader global engagement.
Beyond music, the collaboration will also support the development and expansion of the Gailann Outreach Foundation, an initiative focused on humanitarian efforts aimed at improving lives through the provision of basic amenities and community support programs that address essential social needs.
Gailann is currently concluding her Africa tour and creative boot camp in Nigeria, where she has been engaging with the region’s vibrant music industry while working on new material and collaborations. Following the African leg of her activities, the artist is scheduled to embark on a European tour powered by Afro Juju as part of the next phase of her international expansion.
The partnership underscores Afro Juju’s growing role in facilitating global music collaborations while creating platforms that connect African and Caribbean talent with wider international audiences.
Additional details regarding Gailann’s European tour and upcoming projects are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
