Keir Starmer deserves praise on stance in US-Israel-Iran war - Peter Oboh

The former Commonwealth and British Light Heavyweight boxing champion, now a minister of God, Peter Idemudia Oboh, has applauded the British Prime Minister, Keir Starmer on “his wise and mature mindset over this unfortunate conflict in this holy season of the year”, between the U.S. President Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel against Iran and Lebanon.

Peter Oboh said the UK’s leader’s stance was a welcome development in the face of tensions across the Middle East and Europe.

According to him, “The British Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, in his speech, made it clear in a way that he is not taking sides.
“His mission is to protect all the British people in the Middle East, which is much – maybe in their hundreds of thousands. Keir Starmer is handling this tough situation at this season in a very mature and wise way.

“Donald Trump should, please, not be disappointed in Mr. Starmer. Starmer chose to use his head much more than his emotions. Sorry to say that, but let us call a spade a spade. I don’t buy the war propaganda of Benjamin Netanyahu saying recently and quoting over 3,000, years Biblical scripture about an evil nation called Amalakites, which God agreed for that nation to be destroyed because of their evil lifestyle.

“Benjamin Netanyahu is now saying that the nation in the Bible is Iran, and that he is asked by God to destroy them. If Benjamin Netanyahu is really practising the old time Judaism before Jesus Christ’s birth, Christian then should not be seen as brothers, but enemies.

“Then, how can Trump be his best friend when Trump claimed to be a Christian? It doesn’t fit at all. The gospel truth is all the war and fighting in the Middle East are all political ambitions not religious as some claimed. Also, the love of money, which the Bible says is the root of all evil.

“We should not forget the Middle East is where the majority of the world crude oil is, which is the gold of this generation.

“Finally, let us remember that Israeli is among the very few countries in the Middle East that does not have crude oil in commercial quantity.”
