Plans have been concluded for the 6th Construction Artisans’ Awards (CAA), which will take place from February 23–25, 2026, at the Sports Arena, Abuja Old Parade Ground, Garki Area 10, Abuja.

Organised in collaboration with the National Board for Technical Education, Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria, Housing Development Advocacy Network, and Africa International Housing Show, with the involvement of Nigerian Institute of Building and Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, the 2026 edition expands to formally integrate builders and developers into its programme architecture.

In addition to competition finals across major construction trades, the event will feature structured engagement sessions connecting certified artisans directly with developers and housing stakeholders.

The Organisers describe the expanded format as a deliberate strategy to strengthen workforce pipelines, elevate construction standards, and connect skills certification directly to commercial opportunity within Nigeria’s construction sector.
