OZORO – THE Special Adviser to the Executive Chairman of Isoko North Local Government Area, Comrade Erero Oloku, has praised the Chief Security Officer of Tantita Security Services and Chairman of Maro Kana Group, Engr. Orobosa Ashakah, for his scholarship scheme and end-of-year outreach across Isoko North Local Government Area.

Oloku commended Ashakah for investing in education, describing it as the foundation of any progressive society.

He noted that when young minds are empowered, the future of the society is secured.

According to him, the scholarship programme, which has benefited over 200 students in both local and foreign institutions, reflects Ashakah’s deep commitment to education and human capacity development.

The scholarship covered 200 undergraduates, 12 master’s and 6 PhD students.

He also applauded Ashakah for his end-of-year outreach to widows across the local government, describing the gesture as a clear demonstration of compassion and genuine concern for the wellbeing of the people.

“This outreach is truly exceptional,” Oloku said.

“Engr. Ashakah has shown that one does not need to hold public office to make meaningful impact. His actions speak volumes about his love for humanity.”

He added that both the scholarship scheme and the outreach align with the Renewed Hope for More agenda of the Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, and the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Oloku further called for continued support for the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at all levels, including the Isoko North Local Government under the leadership of Hon. (Elder) Godwin Ogorugba, the Delta State Government, and the Federal Government led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The initiative by Engr. Ashakah was also applauded by several leaders present at the event, including a former Secretary to the Delta State Government, Chief Ovouzuorie Macaulay; the Chairman of Isoko North Local Government, Hon. Godwin Ogorugba; the EDFA of DESOPADEC, Chief Kome Okpobor; and other notable stakeholders.
