Once again, Shortlet Elders Africa has completed full payments to all investors who participated in the Shortlet Elders Valentine’s Investment Scheme in Cape Town, South Africa. This marks another successful investment cycle, proving the credibility, profitability, and sustainability of their short-term rental investment model.

Following this payout, many investors have rolled over their funds into the Easter Investment Scheme in Egypt, securing an extra 13% ROI bonus for reinvesting. As always, the Easter scheme runs for one month, with payouts scheduled between May 1st and May 10th, 2025.

According to the company, any investor who invests ₦25 million or more automatically qualifies for an all-expense-paid luxury trip to Egypt in April, covering flights, accommodation, and exclusive experiences
