Mairo Ese is also set to release a new single titled “In Your Presence,” featuring Abbey Ojomu, which promises to be another profound offering of worship.
Narrating his journey, Ese said, “I am a worship leader at heart, committed to raising and discipling worshippers across the globe.”
Through Revelatory Worship, a platform he founded, he is able to effectively teach and model the true essence of worship, helping others understand how to worship God in spirit and in truth.
Through this platform, he also hosts a monthly hybrid five-day worship experience, bringing believers together to worship in spirit and in truth. Mairo’s talent extends beyond music, as he seamlessly integrates diverse cultural influences into his ministry. His ability to lead worship in multiple languages including English, Isoko, Yoruba, Igbo, Pidgin English, and Swahili sets him apart as an artist uniquely equipped to connect with and inspire a multiethnic congregation. This versatility makes him a powerful vessel for global ministry.
“The most important quality of a worshipper is your heart. Jesus said in scriptures that “people draw near me with their lips but their hearts are far from me.” He said.
“The most important thing is when you worship from the heart, Jesus says it this way that the Father is seeking true worshippers, those who will worship Him in Spirit and in truth. This means as a worshipper, you must first acknowledge God as the source of all things and live a life that reflects reverence and honor for Him.
“This understanding shapes my ministry and my music. My reverence for God, my deep understanding of who He is, and my constant pursuit of His presence are the foundation of everything I do in worship and music.
Sharing his inspiration behind his latest single “Eternal God” Ese said, “Eternal God” came like most of my songs, from the place of worship. Many times, my inspiration flows from my intimate moments with God. On this particular day, while worshiping, I received the melody and immediately recorded a voice note.
“My inspiration comes from the knowledge of God, the goodness of God, and at different times whether I am walking, or traveling. When these sounds come, I record them immediately to capture the essence.
“This song was later worked on with my producers, Nosa Omoregie and Okey Martynz, who helped to bring to life the vision for the song.
“Special credit goes to the Holy Spirit, who inspires and equips us with the gifts we use to glorify Him. It’s always a privilege to create music that reflects His presence and love”, he said.
