Testifying to the trust of investors in Oak Homes’ projects and their quality, Mr Abiodun Azeez, a finance expert, who said had patronised the real estate firm in one of their previous projects, noted that first and foremost they deliver on time according to terms of agreement with them, and in terms of quality, their quality is superb I must say. I stay in their property in one of their residential estates. So far, I have not had issues with my apartment.
On transparency with investors, Azeez said he is the right person to speak on it because he is one of the earliest investors in Oak Homes. According to him, the integrity of the firm is intact, and so far, he has not heard of fraud case against the company.
Also remarking on Oak Homes’ Projects, Mr Nixon Iwedi, Executive Director at Globus Bank, said Globus Bank is banker to the company, pointing out that his bank is pleased and happy to do business with Oak Homes because the company is reliable and has not defaulted in loans repayments.
Iwedi added that his bank is ever ready grant the firm loans whenever such requests come.
