In a strategic move to combat the challenges posed by rising living costs, BrandTell Nigeria has announced the launch of Sales Yakata 3.0, an annual mega-sales exhibition designed to provide affordable products for families across the nation. Scheduled for November 22 to November 24, at the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos, this year’s event aims to offer significant discounts on a diverse array of goods from over 100 participating brands.

Director/Convener of BrandTell Nigeria, Adenike Fagbemi, expressed the organization’s commitment to supporting consumers: “This year’s Sales Yakata Exhibition aims to alleviate the impact of inflation by offering quality products at affordable prices. We know prices of goods and services have surged this year, making it harder for families to meet their needs. At Sales Yakata 3.0, we’ve worked with vendors to ensure prices remain affordable, so everyone can enjoy the season without financial stress.”

Fagbemi further invited commercial brands and institutions to collaborate in this initiative, highlighting that despite a staggering 200% rise in prices of local and international products, every family deserves an opportunity to partake in the year-end festivities without incurring debt. “We are dedicated to using the Sales Yakata fair as a beacon of hope and affordability for everyone, including buyers and sellers,” she added.

As a key event in Lagos’s marketing calendar, Sales Yakata 3.0 is poised to attract both local and international brands. Fagbemi concluded by inviting the community to come and enjoy the vibrant marketplace. “Attendees can expect unbeatable deals, insights into emerging market trends, and valuable networking opportunities, all while enjoying an unforgettable festive shopping experience.”

Meanwhile. The fair, which is free for public entry, requires vendors to register and secure their stalls at competitive rates. Fagbemi disclosed that “Stalls are still available at N180,000 for full stalls and N100,000 for hall stalls, creating affordable options for vendors to engage with new customers.”

Attendees can look forward to a wide selection of products, from home goods and fashion to technology and food items. The event promises an engaging experience beyond shopping, featuring live music, children’s games, and a treasure hunt to keep families entertained.

CEO of Henhyola Stores, Adebiyi Henyhola, who will be returning to Sales Yakata following a successful exhibition at the previous edition, shared his enthusiasm: “Unlike some exhibitions, Sales Yakata has a goal beyond just making sales. This year, it’s about affordable quality products. Most items in Nigeria cost an arm and a leg, but there are still ways for us to support each other as entrepreneurs. My expectations are high, and I’m eager to offer buyers that same warmth I felt at the last fair.”

Complimenting the shared vision of the event, CEO of Ola Wears, Temitope Temitayo, reiterated the familial atmosphere fostered by BrandTell Nigeria: “The slogan for BrandTell Nigeria is ‘BTN is Family.’ We believe our customers are both Kings and Family. I’m excited to showcase the best and most pocket-friendly fashion attires that everyone will love.”
