MKH Properties, a fast growing real estate company in Nigeria, has received a Long-Term Triple B (BBB) rating and a Short-Term A2 rating from DataPro, one of Nigeria’s most respected credit rating agencies.
According to DataPro’s rating explanation, the BBB rating is awarded to companies with fair financial strength, operating performance, and business profiles when compared to DataPro’s established standards.
The Short-Term A2 rating, on the other hand, reflects fair credit quality, which indicates MKH Properties’ capacity for the timely payment of financial commitments, affirming the company’s reliability in meeting short-term obligations.
Speaking on the achievement, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MKH Properties, Mr Muibi Kehinde Hammed, said: “Receiving both the Triple B long-term rating and A2 short-term rating from DataPro is a testament to our commitment to maintaining strong financial discipline and operational excellence.
“These ratings not only reflect our ability to meet our financial commitments but also underscore our resilience in navigating economic challenges.
“MKH Properties will continue to stand out in the real estate industry with projects that cater to the increasing demand for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.”
