A real estate company in Ilorin, Kwara State, Experience Visual Creations, EVC, has reiterated commitment to resolving the housing deficit in Nigeria.

The firm said this as it celebrated its two-year anniversary, marking a significant milestone in its journey of growth and impact.

Chief Executive Officer, Mr Fola Oyedeji, who expressed happiness about the organisation’s journey, said it was inspired by the need to solve a problem plaguing the country.

He said: “The housing deficit was alarming, and I saw the need to democratize real estate ownership and remove the bottlenecks, especially in emerging markets like Kwara.

“However, the brand has since grown and proven itself to be bigger than a one-state brand. Hence, the need for expansion into newer markets like Ibadan, with plans to enter Ogun State, Lagos, and Abuja before this time next year.”

EVC’s growth is evident in several key areas, which the company uses as metrics for success including Projects launched, Customer base and retention, Staff training and development, Communal engagement and brand visibility.

Oyedeji further emphasised the company’s ambitions and its unique market approach, saying, “For me, there is really no competition. As long as we continue to bring fulfillment and happiness to our customers, we are on track. In the next five years, we expect to be in the league of the top 10 real estate companies in Africa.”

EVC’s rapid progress from inception to its current success is indicative of its strong strategy and market insight.

In her remarks, the Human Resource personnel, Angel Adeola, lauded the Company’s staff Development strides ranging from sending staff to undertake courses at Lagos Business school and other reputable learning institutes in the Nation.
