REdbrick Homes International Limited; developers of quality and affordable homes has introduced a flexible payment schedule for Nigerians to become home owners in its Amen Estate located near Lekki Free Trade Zone on Lekki/Epe Expressway, Lagos.

Unfolding the new payment plan at the weekend, the Managing Director/CEO of Redbrick, Mr. Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi said with just an initial payment of N2.7m, prospective buyers would become part of the growing number of home owners who are already taking advantage of its closeness to the trade zone.

According to Gbadamosi, to take advantage of this scheme, all that would be required of prospective buyers is their initial 10% deposit, and evidence of their ability to pay the balance over an agreed period ranging from 2 to 5 years, with an interest-free period built in.

Gbadamosi said, “The new initiative is in keeping with the philosophy that propelled the establishment of Redbrick Homes International Limited. That philosophy is hinged on the need to provide quality, decent and affordable accommodation for the greater number of Nigerians”, he noted.
