Nemesis has caught up with two men in Niger State  allegedly caught with  18.1 kg of Cannabis Sativa (Indian hemp) by the  state command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA.)

The two suspects are Sani Isah,  35, and Jafaru Abdullahi.

Deputy commander of the NDLEA, Mr. Abdu, told our correspondent in Minna that  Isah was arrested with 13.3kg at Tatabu village near Mokwa while Jafaru was said to have been nabbed with 4.8kg of the same substance at Jebba.

According to the official, the suspects were arrested at the check point mounted by the agency between Jebba and Mokwa and that all tactics adopted by the men to escape with the suspecte weeds failed as his men insisted in carrying out their normal routine check.
